Norbert Stelzer was a co-founder and Managing Director of Odewald, Hammermann & Stelzer (now Odewald & Compagnie), a highly successful German mid-cap private equity fund rated top quartile of European buyout funds (vintage 1997). During his tenure from 1996 to 2003, Odewald & Compagnie made six investments totalling approx. 80 M, 15 add-on investments and two exits. |

He was co-responsible for the private equity and corporate finance department of the investment bank and served as a member of the Investment Committee. He was personally involved in several private equity and mezzanine investments as well as M&A advisory mandates. | ||||

While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Stelzer qualified as a Certified Public Accountant and as Wirtschaftsprüfer and Steuerberater (German chartered accountant and tax advisor). | ||||
